Below is the FY 2022-2023 proposed budget per Local Government Code 111-006(b). A public hearing will be held on August 22, 2022 to discuss the budget per Local Government Code 111.067. The District Court Jury Trial scheduled for Monday, May 15, 2023, has been cancelled. If you were summoned for District Court jury duty at the Lavaca County Courthouse on May 15, 2023, you do not need to appear. If you have any questions, you can call the District Clerk's office at 798-2351.
