CURRENT BIDS AVAILABLE FOR LAVACA COUNTY

   

Sealed bids, plainly marked, will be received by Shana R. Opela, Lavaca County Auditor, 109 N. LaGrange St., Hallettsville, Texas 77964 until 10:15 A.M. on Friday, July 26, 2024, for:

  • Bids to lease approximately 60 acres of pastureland (5-year lease Lavaca County Farm) County reserves the right to terrace said land and use approx. .3 acres as a storage facility for county materials.

Bids will be opened and read aloud by Keith Mudd, Lavaca County Judge, or his designee, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, Lavaca County Courthouse, Hallettsville, Texas on Friday, July 26, 2024, at 10:30 A.M. Bids will be discussed and/or awarded at the Commissioners’ Court Regular Meeting on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 10:00A.M.
