  • The Lavaca County Sheriff’s Office is currently accepting applications for a part-time Courtroom bailiff. Starting pay $35.00 an hour.
    All applicants must be TCOLE certified licensed peace officers and will be required to obtain the Courtroom Security Specialist certification at county expense.

  • Lavaca County is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time position of First Assistant Auditor. Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of accounting involving use of professional accounting techniques and principles, with at least one year of which should include audit and examination of accounts maintained by other departments, agencies or businesses.
